
Program Executive
Clinical Program Executive
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the eICU Program for each customer. Will also:
- Understand the organizational structure and culture of each assigned customer and develop short term and long term eICU Program objectives for each of them
- Establish strategies for each customer that supports our corporate goals and objectives; and ensure they are communicated, understood, monitored, and met
- Ensure realistic goals and appropriate success measurements are in place
- Establish and maintain strong credible relationships with Customer Executive Sponsor and other Senior Executives
- Serve as the executive escalation point for customer needs or concerns
- Communicate with each site at least monthly to stay abreast of system performance and operational effectiveness
- Visit each site quarterly and schedule standard quarterly meetings with executive sponsor and eICU management team to review program status
- Work with the VISICU CNE to ensure eICU Program Success for each customer
- Work with the VISICU Clinical Program Managers to develop and maintain comprehensive program plan for each assigned customer
- Ensure program milestones are met and risks are appropriately mitigated or escalated
- Manage post activation reviews, coordinate with Clinical Program Managers to write and deliver reports
- Work closely with Project, Program, and Support teams to stay abreast of all projects going on in an account and be aware of any issues
- Communicate and coordinate with Product Management any product upgrades or new product availability
- Coordinate with Product Management efforts to introduce pilot, beta, and R&D opportunities
- Support the VISICU Sales team as needed
- Communicate customer product issues to Product Management
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills including
- Demonstrated ability to build credible and effective professional relationships with mid-level and senior level hospital executives
- Ability to effectively present data and information to executives regarding a variety of topics including the effectiveness of their eICU Program, issues they may need to address, etc...
- Ability to clearly and succinctly edit/write reports, business correspondence, and procedural documents
- Strong Customer Focus
- Clear understanding of change management in the hospital environment
- Ability to easily build relationships and get things done in a matrixed style management structure
- Strong team skills and ability to work well within and across departments
- Process driven with ability to analyze & resolve issues in order to achieve results
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to travel (approximately 50% of the time)
