	Program Success Guide VISICU's Program Success Guide outlines the steps to establishing a successful eICU® and integrating it with your existing ICU care program. This document addresses key activities, including generating broad support for the program, creating the eICU® care team, integrating with existing ICU activites, and establishing processes to insure ongoing success.

Training

	eICU® Training Manuals A suite of training manuals is customized for each customer's environment. Training manuals are provided for the eICU® Nurse, eICU® Physician, Healthcare Assistant (HCA), and technical support staff. Each training manual provides instructions on standard eICU® operations, roles and responsibilities, using the eCareManager™ system, and integrating ICU and eICU® operations.
	ICU Training Manual The training manual for the ICU provides instruction to the ICU clinical staff on roles and responsibilities within the ICU and eICU®, using the eCareManager™ system, and integrating the eICU® and ICU operations.

	eICU® Operations Guide The eICU® Operations Guide provides a functional overview of the eICU®. This comprehensive document presents the guiding principles, standard roles and responsibilities within the eICU® as well as standard functions within the eICU®.
	Delivering Patient Care from the eICU® Delivering Patient Care from the eICU® provides guidelines for the eICU® Physician and Nurse. This document discusses the relationship between the eICU® and the ICU, the clinical support role of the eICU®, as well as detailed responsibilities of the eICU® Physician and Nurse.
	Healthcare Assistant (HCA) Guide The HCA Guide document discusses the role of the HCA in support of the eICU®.
	ICU Integration Guide The ICU Integration Guide document provides a functional overview of the role of the ICU clinical staff in integrating ICU/eICU® operations.

Technical

	System Administration Guide The System Administration Guide identifies the tasks required to administer the eCareManager™ system (e.g. User and PIN management).
	Technical Support Guide The Technical Support Guide provides a technical reference to the eCareManager™ system. This document provides the technical staff with the information necessary to support the eVantage system.
